  • Any retail jewellery company that has a retail outlet for walk-in (not by appointment) customers
  • Any individual jewellery designer with a retail outlet entertaining walk-in clients (not appointment only)
  • Any brand that has an exclusive retail outlet for walk-in customers or/and is retailing from other retail jewellery outlets.
  • Retailer cum manufacturer with minimal exposure to manufacturing and b-2-b trading
  • Marketing professionals and agencies may make the entries on behalf of their clients in the retail and marketing categories.
  • Entry is open globally to any of the above mentioned company / brand / jewellery designer provided they are active in India market.
  • No mainstream manufacturer with minimal exposure to retail can participate in the awards.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

  • The piece entered for the Retail Jeweller India Awards cannot be entered for any other jewellery competition before the Retail Jeweller India Award show.
  • Upon submission, the entrant warrants that the design is their original and individual work or the copyright belongs to the participant and is active in the Indian market. The Organiser reserves the right to request further evidence such as design concepts, trademarks or IP ownership in case it is privy to any information contrary to the claims made by the entrant.
  • Standard and flat fee of Rs 30000 plus GST (includes entry to the Awards evening for two people per registration) is levied for participation. We do not charge as per the number of categories. Participants can select maximum 20 jewellery and 4 marketing categories.
  • Submission for the award is only valid upon the organiser receiving payment in full.

DISQUALIFICATION CRITERIA

  • Failure to fulfil any of the above terms
  • Each category has a defined guideline (Ref. Tab Entry Guideline). Submissions that do not adhere to those guidelines will be disqualified.
